LONG COVE POINT ASSOCIATION CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

The Long Cove Point Association’s clubhouse and surrounding yard, excluding the tennis court, are available for private rental by members who have held active membership for the year prior to the requested use and are current with all dues and fees.  Rentals are only available when there is no regularly scheduled member event in the Clubhouse.  

Single day rentals are $300. Rentals for a second, consecutive day are $150. LCPA also requires a security deposit of $300.

After confirming that the clubhouse is available, download the “Rental Agreement” and the “Terms of Clubhouse Rental.”

Complete the forms and mail them, along with a check for the rental and the deposit to:
